Founder & Creative Director, LEBAINDRE Haute Lingerie – MONACO
A Designer Shaped by Elegance
Some designers create clothing. Others create a world. Emma Agathe Lebaindre belongs to the second group.
Born in Paris and raised in Biarritz, France, Emma is a fashion designer, entrepreneur, and creative visionary. Her artistic identity rests on three influences: the sophistication of French elegance, the architectural precision of Haute Couture, and the extraordinary beauty of precious jewels. Together they form a signature that is refined, structured, and quietly luxurious.
Early Passions, Lasting Influence
Emma’s passion for aesthetics, movement, and artistic expression began at an early age. Two disciplines shaped her vision above all: classical ballet and equestrian sport.
Ballet taught her how proportion, posture, and line create beauty. Equestrian sport taught her precision, discipline, and balance. Both gave her a deep understanding of graceful silhouettes and of the natural architecture of the female body. This understanding is the foundation of her design approach, in which every curve and line is considered with care.
Her international perspective, her appreciation for exceptional craftsmanship, and her fascination with the world’s most prestigious luxury houses have further refined her creative philosophy. From them she learned that true luxury is defined by quality, intention, and attention to detail.
LEBAINDRE MONACO: An Extraordinary Vision
As Founder and Creative Director of LEBAINDRE Haute Lingerie – MONACO, Emma is pursuing an ambitious goal: to establish an international luxury house that redefines the boundaries between exclusive lingerie, exceptional craftsmanship, and Haute Joaillerie.
Her approach is distinctive. In her vision, lingerie and fine jewelry are not separate worlds but two expressions of the same art of adornment. Both celebrate the beauty of the female form, and both depend on precision, rare materials, and meticulous workmanship.

A Universe of Exceptional Materials
Her creative universe combines:
- Luxurious silk satin, prized for its fluid movement and soft luster
- Exquisite lace, valued for its delicacy and artistry
- Sculptural corsetry, which brings architectural structure to the silhouette
- Delicate transparent fabrics, which add lightness and subtle allure
- Precious materials, including genuine diamonds, 18-karat gold, platinum, and carefully selected gemstones
Each creation is conceived as an artistic expression of femininity. It brings together structural elegance, sensual sophistication, and an uncompromising devotion to detail.
Lingerie as an Art Form
For Emma, lingerie is far more than a garment. She regards it as an independent art form, one capable of expressing personality, confidence, and individual beauty.
This belief shapes every aspect of her work. Her designs aim to make the wearer feel empowered, poised, and entirely herself. In this view, luxury is a personal experience, one that begins with how a woman feels in her own presence.

Monaco: The Foundation of an International House
Monaco stands at the heart of Emma’s creative and entrepreneurial vision. The Principality is known worldwide for refinement, prestige, and a rich tradition of luxury. For Emma, it is the natural home for a house with global aspirations.
From this foundation, she is developing LEBAINDRE with a distinctly international ambition. Her objective is to introduce a new interpretation of luxury lingerie to discerning clientele across:
- Europe
- The United States
- The Middle East
- Asia
The brand aspires to distinguish itself through three qualities: an unmistakable design language, extraordinary materials, and a timeless vision of feminine elegance.
2027: The Beginning of a New Chapter
