By the time the lights come up on a runway, the hardest work has already been done. For Dr. Reina Pearson, that truth applies in two very different worlds.
The final week of September moved at full runway speed. In Milan, she walked three shows in three days (September 25, 26 and 27), each with its own venue, its own call time and its own pace. Through all of it, she kept the same calm focus. Now she is in Paris for Paris Fashion Week, deep in a schedule of fittings and rehearsals, with the city’s biggest stage still ahead.
Two Careers, One Character
Outside fashion, Pearson is a nurse practitioner and educator. Her days in clinical care and teaching call for patience, preparation and a steady presence, and those same qualities are what she carries onto the runway.
“Composure” is the word that best describes how she works. Whether she is caring for a patient, guiding a student or waiting backstage for her cue, she brings the same quiet confidence.

A Runway That Spans the Globe
As a model, Pearson has walked in Paris, Milan, London, Malta, New York and Michigan, a résumé that reflects both range and persistence.
But she does not stop at walking. She is the founder and producer of RAS Runway Creations and a founder of Pinnacle International, platforms built around one idea: that more people deserve to be seen. Through them, she produces events and opens doors for models, designers, photographers and other creatives who are still looking for their moment.
Her next project is already on the calendar. She is co-producing with World Fashion Expo for Paris Fashion Week on October 4.

Service Beyond the Spotlight
Her commitment to others does not end when the show does. Pearson gives her time to fundraising galas and to volunteer health ministry. It is work rooted in quiet faith and a genuine instinct to lift people up.
